The Department of Educational Psychology and Guidance, Faculty of Education and Psychology (FIPP), Yogyakarta State University (Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta/UNY), welcomed an academic visit from a delegation of lecturers and students of the Guidance and Counseling Study Program of Universitas Muhammadiyah Prof. Dr. Hamka (UHAMKA). The event was held at the Abdullah Sigit Hall, FIPP UNY.

As part of the visit, the two institutions signed a Tri Dharma of Higher Education cooperation agreement, covering collaboration in the areas of education, research, and community service. The program then continued with a seminar titled “Clinical Supervision in Counseling Practicum,” delivered by Nanang Erma Gunawan, M.Ed., Ph.D., and moderated by Rizqi Lestari, M.Pd.

Following the seminar session, participants were invited to take a tour of the Guidance and Counseling Laboratory at FIPP UNY. This activity provided an opportunity for the lecturers and students to observe firsthand the facilities and learning resources available at the Guidance and Counseling Study Program of UNY in supporting academic learning and student practicum activities.

This academic visit is expected to strengthen institutional collaboration and provide valuable academic experiences for both students and lecturers from the two institutions.
